**Business Disclaimer and Return Policy:**

1. Nature of Handmade Items:

- Our custom items are handmade, and slight variations in nature may occur.

2. Laser Engraving Assurance:

- Items sold at The Local Artisan that are eligible for laser engraving undergo thorough testing to ensure optimal settings for the best results.

3. Surcharge for External Items:

- A surcharge will apply to items not originally sold at The Local Artisan that require engaving , as recalibrating settings may be necessary. The Local Artisan is not responsible for damages to items not purchased from our store.

4. Rush Order Fee:

- A $15 rush fee will be added to all orders requested within 24 hours of purchase to accommodate expedited processing.

5. Turnaround Time

- Turnaround time will depend on the quantity and complexity of the order. Typically the TAT is 3-5 business days.

6. Custom Design Fee:

- Orders requiring an intricate custom design will incur a design fee reflecting the creative effort involved.

7. Quality Disclosure

-The Local Artisan is not responsible for quality and/or defects of merchandise purchased from third-party vendors for resale. We advise customers to thoroughly inspect products upon purchase.

8. Refunds/Exhanges

-No refunds or exchanges will be provided for items, including store merchandise and custom orders. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
